What:
The Scavenger Dash is a wildly fun urban adventure.

Teams of two solve twelve clues, have a wild city adventure and complete fun challenges while discovering the city in a different way. An amazing race on a local level, where anyone can participate.

• to properly complete all the clues first.

Why: Wanna have some fun?!  This is it!  A day of excitement, fun team challenge events and a chance to enjoy the area in a way you never imagined.

Registration: fees are:$97 per team of 2 until 5/28, $120 until 6/8, $130 (cash only) til raceday.

In order to speed the check-in process, please have each of your teammates fill out and sign the waiver here: WAIVER and bring it with you.

The Scavenger Dash is primarily designed for adults, so if there are young participants, they may need assistance from an older team member. For those under 18, you may participate along with an adult over 18. We do however need this additional waiver filled out and brought to check-in. Minimum age is 12 years.

** It should be noted that no roads are closed to accommodate you, and you are 100% responsible for your own safety while traveling which may include crossing busy streets.**

What Happened?:

The 2nd annual Scavenger Dash Chicago started with a bang.  No, really.  There was a car accident outside before the start!  When the racers finally set off into the streets of Chicago, they were confronted with golf balls, plastic cups and balloons.  Who knew that such simple things could be so frustrating?  Congrats to Christi Bassos & Hawley Newhouse of Team Pura Vida for their 1st place finish in 2:27.  An even bigger congrats to Julie Adams & Elizabeth Richards of You Look Like I Need A Drink for winning the costume contest with their AWESOME Pac-Man outfits, complete with soundtrack as they raced!  Thanks to everyone who came out to take part in the fun.  We can’t wait to come back next year!
